Challenges in egg quality and hen health during late lay
Towards the end of the laying period, eggshell quality declines, leading to an increase in second-grade eggs, along with a reduction in laying percentage and general hen health.

Enhancing hen metabolism and immunity
Seacal (CeltiMin), contains highly bioavailable calcium and magnesium, along with 72 other trace minerals. Harvested off the coast of Iceland, it is fully organic and licensed by the Icelandic authorities. The product also contains a unique marine polysaccharide that positively impacts the hen’s metabolism and supports its immune system.

Advanced calcium release for improved egg quality and farm profitability
The structure of CeltiMin allows for a two-step release of calcium, supplying hens with essential minerals at the right time. This reduces the interaction between calcium and phosphorus. One other mineral in Seacal (CeltiMin) is strontium, which, like calcium, is deposited into eggshells and bones. Seacal (CeltiMin), improves mineral availability for hens, resulting in more saleable eggs and increased farm revenue.
