The dairy ingredients are manufactured from high quality products available after processing of milk and whey, followed by a spray-drying process. As a result of the mild processing conditions the functional and nutritive properties of the protein in the single dairy ingredients are fully retained. In addition to the single ingredients, the fat filled sweet whey products are produced from high quality whey in combination with vegetable fat. The fat is present in very small particles and encapsulated by the whey protein. These products are developed as a high energy source with a very good digestibility and excellent free flowing properties.
